Tooling Designed and Built In-House
One of MODLIT's strengths is being able to manufacture its own tooling and fixtures rather than relying on external suppliers. We make a wide variety of press tools for our own production requirements and for customers.
Our SolidWorks CAD capability, CNC machining, wire and spark erosion, and surface grinding support tooling development, maintenance and replacement. Tooling lead times are typically around two to four weeks, depending on complexity and workload.
From Enquiry to Manufacture
We can begin with a drawing, sample or site discussion, then assess the part, production quantity and tooling approach before providing a job-specific quotation.
Based in Tipton, we welcome enquiries from across the UK. Send drawings, photographs or existing samples for review. Quantities and lead times are assessed against each project's requirements.
