Precision Wire EDM for Tooling and Components
Wire erosion is among MODLIT's in-house machining capabilities. This process uses controlled electrical discharges along a moving wire to cut electrically conductive materials and is particularly useful for detailed tooling profiles.
Our toolmakers work with CNC milling, spark erosion, surface grinding and SolidWorks CAD capability, allowing wire erosion to form part of a wider toolmaking or component manufacturing project. Send a drawing or sample for an assessment of the appropriate process.
